All items will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Online orders are sent during business hours between Monday and Friday.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
 
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Tōji Sake uses Sendle for domestic delivery.
Please see the chart below for timeframes.

1-3 Business days after processing anywhere in Melbourne

2-4 Business days after processing anywhere else in Australia

5-10 Business days after processing in remote areas/Australia

We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods or any delay in postage. 

Orders under $100 will incur a $10 dollar flat rate shipping fee.

Orders over $100 will automatically have free shipping


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Tōji Sake currently does not delivery overseas.
Any overseas enquires can be sent to orders@tojisake.com.au.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Sendle outlining the details of your order.
Tōji does not take responsibly for lost or stolen parcels.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Tōji Sake are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Tōji Sake will provide a refund or exchange in circumstances where the product:

  • is faulty;

  • damaged;

  • significantly differs from the sample or description; or

  • breaches a consumer guarantee.

In any of these circumstances, Tōji Sake simply requires you to provide proof of purchase. Tōji Sake will not cover the cost of return delivery.

If Tōji Sake agree to provide you with a refund, the refund is the total amount Tōji Sake will be liable for and pay. If you accept a refund from Tōji Sake you acknowledge that you have no further claim as to any loss or damage suffered you may have suffered.

Tōji Sake reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange where you have contributed to the loss or damaged suffered as a result of delivery or use of the goods.
